Very lovely hosts! We are sad we only stayed for one night. The room is very nice. They have bikes available you can use to bike around town and to the beach. Very great experience. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend this b&b for sure!

The owner was super friendly. She used Google translate to communicate. She is a very good baker. Her cakes are delicious. No parking at the premises but a mall parking lot just right across her place and it's free. Overnight parking there was allowed.

This place was owned and managed by a few women who were FANTASTIC. They were so accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was phenomenal. The best seafood restaurant in Marotta (according to my Italian family). We ate there every night. They served a wonderful breakfast for only 5 EU per person. When one of the owners found out we were american, they offered us eggs in addition to all the usual Italian breakfast foods. The day we left one of the owners baked Chambellone and when we said how much we loved it, she sent us off with 5 pieces to go, so we could have it on our train ride. The room was spacious, the bathroom perfect and the outside private deck overlooking the beach was too good to be true! The A/C worked great and the location was stellar. There was an in room fridge. I can't say enough good about this place

We chose it because it was on our way, but the place is absolutely worth to visit. Its a short distance from conero park. Its a house viewing the hills and the sea which The owner turned it in to a b&b. The host is very kind and helpful and the breakfast was good. I loved it.
