The room is in a beautiful coastal village on the edge of the Croatian sea. From three windows (including the toilet window!) you can see the island, and there is a spacious terrace where you can sit and look out over the village . So super location! And the room is like a studio (bedroom living room kitchen in one) which gives you enough space for two and from which to explore the island.

I did a hiking vacation, arriving at MaMaLu was such a lovely welcome after a long day of hiking, the owners are very warm and welcoming, their restaurant right on the water is beautiful to enjoy the view and excellent food, what more do you need. The owner even offered a ride back to Cres to retrieve my car. I will definitely be back, next time with my husband .

Cozy, fantastically-located space that's great for sleeping, daytime naps and basic food prep. There's also a large dedicated/private terrace equipped with tables, chairs, bbq, a sun umbrella and a couple of chez lounges -- perfect for eating, drinking, relaxing and stargazing.

The appartment was quite big with very well oriented balcony - view on the whole Valun villiage and the sea. Also the balcony was in the shade since noon, which is very nice for chilling. The owner was very pleasant and always available on the phone and mail.

It's has been a wonderful place for us. The village is beautiful and completely quiet. The house is really cozy, with many pretty details and amazing sea and sunset views For us it was only possible to stay two nights in Cres island, but if it had been possible, we would have loved to spend in this apartment many more days.

Very quiet getaway with extremely hospitable host family. Hearty breakfast in their own restaurant. Located in the center of Cres island - a good base for exploring Cres and Losinj islands.

Great hospitality. If you stay in this area then this is the only place to stay. The room is great and the staff constantly make you feel very special. Top place
