Like the main house, it's very relaxing. A kitchen that is not big but easy to use. There are all kinds of dishes and pots, so there is no inconvenience. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very good. Both the kitchen and the shower room have good water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly, so I don't feel stressed. The room is stylish and has a chic atmosphere, so it's very calm. It's very convenient because there are side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. There were plenty of tables, wardrobes, and storage shelves, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money

Big room; comfortable sofa; huge bathroom with lots of hot water. The extra large double bed (king size) had superior linen that properly fit the bed — not always the case in Georgia. Balcony with table and chairs; a pleasant garden courtyard; and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

We were checked in quickly and efficiently and the receptionist was charming, welcoming and very helpful. The room was lovely, large, comfortable and very well equipped and had a fantastic view (from the bathroom too) over the neighbouring garden and Tbilisi old town. Very quiet too despite its central location. Very easy walk to Europe Square, the Old Town and city centre. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with wonderful city views.
