perfect location situated on Yarm high Street amongst plenty of pubs and restaurants even though high street noisy at night you couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle very quiet in room we arrived early and the owners were very accommodating they let us leave our luggage in room and gave us our key which was great so we could get on with our day would definitely recommend

Perfect location for my stay. Right next door to a pub serving excellent food for meals and breakfast and good prices. Staff were very friendly and efficient with excellent communication and flexible with check in time.
