The room was very nice, warm, comfortable, with beautiful terrace. The SPA was also great, filled with different saunas, jaccuzi, great indoor pool. The breakfast was very good, something for everyone. Of course, we heard the staff of hotel is very friendly, polite and helpful and it is truth. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice receptionist and very helpful - offered to call taxi driver for an early flight and helped me to find close medical laboratory for Covid-19 test for traveling. Definitely will use Novel Inn again what I need to stay in Belgrade, Serbia. Thank you :)

Me n'ha agradat molt la ubicació perquè està situat a 10 minuts del cas antic i també del centre i queda just a sota del Brankov Most (a tres minuts de la parada del bus de línia N°72, el de l'aeroport). A prop també hi ha l'estació d'autocars, un supermercat i locals culturals, com el "Magacin" o el "KC grad". L'apartament està molt ben equipat i el propietari és molt servicial i amable.
