She helped us out in getting directions, getting as a taxi, information about what to eat nearby and how to go to the airport and how to use the local transport. This is an absolute recommendation for a great place in Florence.

Set on the corner of Piazza Signoria and just a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, Relais Piazza Signoria is housed in a historical building and offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The location is perfect. Appreciated the elevator although there is one flight of stairs to the top floor apartment. Very comfortable bed and wonderful terrace. Check in was very easy and Laura was very kind.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Amazing and relaxing place surrounded by beautiful nature, very polite and helpful staff - absolutely everything was perfect!
