She helped us out in getting directions, getting as a taxi, information about what to eat nearby and how to go to the airport and how to use the local transport. This is an absolute recommendation for a great place in Florence.

Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. Everything from location to v comfortable beds to kitchen ,bath was lovely. Esp because other family members also were in another set up and that was noisy and not as good that we understood the difference

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Amazing and relaxing place surrounded by beautiful nature, very polite and helpful staff - absolutely everything was perfect!
