The air conditioning was the cherry on top, specially for this summer. The bathroom was 10/10. Our host was very welcoming and gave us very nice tips to visit the city and coffee was included. Very nice and very well equiped (cooker, dishes, basic ingredients, hair dryer, umbrella) apartment nearby the historic city centre. The owner was nice and helpful. As a welcome present we obtained local red wine and a small snack. After long journey by train it was a nice surprise. The house is very nice, clean and in the safe location, just few minutes walk from the historic city centre. To the train station/ bus stop to Otranto it is about 15 minutes walk. We appreciate the quit and the privacy.

The room was very clean and had everything needed, the jacuzzi was very new and well maintained aswell as the tv having a netflix already logged in, comfy bed too. Carmelo was a great host who was in frequent contact with us ensuring we had the best stay possible and answered any queries we had and gave us recommendations. This was a trip for my girlfriends birthday and after mentioning this to carmelo he decorated the room with balloons and petals, a great gesture. The location is really good, with only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the sea. Close to the airport too, carmelo made sure we got the best price taxi on the way back. Only 15 minutes to the train station walking too. A great place for a few days getaway or even longer. The private terrace with the bubble tent was a great addition to the stay where we had a fantastic meal. Highly recommend, great place and great host.
