The location was very handy and generally very quiet - although there was some construction going on in the building or next (with some banging early in the morning). Apartment is very nicely-specced out and spacious over 2 floors (each accessible by lift!) and there is a lovely terrace outside for al-fresco dining, etc. It was a bit too windy and chilly when we were there to make full use of that. There are 3 toilets, including 1 shower and 1 hot tub. The place is equipped with a large fridge, washing machine, etc. Owner was polite and helpful. Only 2 minutes walk to the waterfront. The building is next to a church so beware of church bells tolling especially for mass.

It’s literally a 5-minute walk to the seafront and also very central. There are lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself, it’s completely quiet. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Plenty of small convenience stores nearby if you want to self-cater. This is undoubtly a fantastic, almost a showroom, apartment that represents value for money for short-term stays but is particularly well-suited for anyone looking for a long-term rental. We arranged to leave our luggage with the managing agents in Sliema after checkout which was very useful as we had a late flight out of Malta.
