Right next door to Oratorio di San Giovanni + Oratorio di San Giuseppe (well worth the €5 entrance fee) Very easy walking to everything else Urbino has to offer. Apartment itself is super clean with a nice comfy bed, great shower and a mad bath in the middle of the room. Also has small kitchen. Outside garden is a lovely space to take your coffee/wine and read your book. Check in itself is all done online, but flawless and all questions (stupid and otherwise) answered promptly and politely. Highly recommended.

This was in a great location, a little way out of town in the beautiful countryside. It was easy to drive to town and park. Monica was a great host: she told us about the parking and where to go for a good day trip, She provided coffee. snacks and even her friend’s olive oil. The apartment was comfortable and warm.

Everything was amazing and the apartment itself was a treat. The photos don't do it justice. If we weren’t travelling down the Adriatic coast from Udine to Puglia, we wouldn’t have known about, let alone stayed at this incredible place. A world heritage site, Urbino is a 15th century walled city located in the Marche region. We only stayed one night here, but lucky for us it was a Monday, so this awesome airbnb was available for us to stay in. Because of it’s Palatial and historical vibes, it felt like we had been transported in time. Would just love to come back and stay here again. As the Airbnb guy Roberto said on our departure, “You get to live like a King or a Queen when you stay here” and he was certainly not wrong.

El contacte amb la Chiara va ser només per telèfon, però tot va anar bé, i estava sempre disponible. Damunt de la llar de foc, un fragment dels escrits de Carlo Bo sobre Le Marche: «Les Marques representen el país de les correspondències subtils i silencioses, un país on l'home ha sabut trobar un lloc que no contradigui l'aspiració a la llibertat i a la dignitat. Un país noble, en el sentit exacte del terme, perquè s'adapta a la naturalesa de la terra i en sap obtenir els fruits sense forçar-la ni perjudicar-la mai. Un petit miracle, que convé no oblidar quan se circula per les grans carreteres imposades pel progrés: admirable com a espectacle i, sobretot, com a exemple d'equilibri humà». Il Mulino del Duca, a mitja hora d'Urbino, és un bon lloc on viure aquest equilibri.
