A környék jól ellátott, egy saroknyira kávéző, reggeliző és bolt, valamint Velence Mestre vasútállomás, ahonnan 15 perc Velence Santa Lucia. A szoba kényelmes volt, bár a hálószobás apartmanra számítottam - a családi szobát kaptuk, az én figyelmetlenségem volt. Használhattuk a mosógépet és a mosogató gépet, ami nagyon kényelmes volt. Egyszóval jól éreztük magunkat. Parkolni a ház udvarán lehet, ami számomra megnyugtató volt, hogy nem kellett az utcán hagyni az autót.
