The location is close to multiple lines of buses (6 and 6L), just a 10 to 15-minute walk to reach the different public transport options. It was inside the residential area and so quiet. The apartment was great, you have everything you need during your trip. If you want to stay at a place like your home (fully equipped, not a room in a hotel ), I highly recommend this place. Matteo and his wife recently joined Booking, and everything in their apartment is new and clean. In addition, they provided a booklet about everything you need to know when you come to Venice and their apartment. It was very useful for us. If I want to back to Venice I definitely choose it apartment again if we will be 2 adults. It is a place for max 2 people.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook something. The host gave us a bottle of champagne and coffee pads for the machine also a guide book with every info you need (taxi numbers, bus stations and schedules, important phone numbers, where to shop and what to see in Venice).
