The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.

We stayed in Ischia for the first time and Villa Pietra Verde was definitely the right place to stay. We stayed in the upstairs room which basicly means you have a private room, garden & barbecue since no other guests bother to go upstairs, haha. The outdoor kitchens are great fun and definitely a lifesaver on one of the more expensive islands of Italy. Tony was a charm and really helped us with everything from recommendations to getting comfortable, renting a scooter and taking us to the port for our ferry. No complaints, definitely coming back sometime!

    I would never have dreamt I would be staying at such a spacious, clean, central, and totally equipped with everything apartment. My host Èlia did everything possible to make my stay perfect. The flat is virtually a few steps away from the coast, and it is next to the beautiful villa comunale. Thank you ever so much, I hope to return soon.

    What a fantastic studio apartment for the two of us. The space was fresh, clean and very well equipped with everything we would need for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable too! We would gladly have stayed longer - we want to come back to Ischia so we would definitely come back to this property. Giovanni was a wonderful host and even kindly picked us up from the port in the pouring rain to take us to the property which was hugely appreciated.

    The host, Gianni, is extremely friendly, :) was waiting for us on arrival and showed us around the appartement. The property is well located, very good value, extremely clean, bright with very large sliding windows which we adored. A few minutes from the beach, port and castle, this apartment felt like home, perfect for long or short stays.

    This holiday apartments was best we saw so far! Extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious. Kitchen has everything we needed and more including washing machine and the dryer. Location is excellent!!!! Beach, restaurants, stores, attractions in a walking distance!No car or taxi was needed and bus stop to thermal springs is in a walking distance. Hospitality of owners was amazing! Totally recommend this property for a wonderful vacation!

    location is only one minute walk from the historical centre of Forio and within 5 mins walk to the ferry. The studio apartment was very tastefully furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The views from the room was absolutely stunning. Great and fast communication from the host & absolutely great value.

    A truly beautiful place! We were given a spacious studio apartment with terrace and access to the swimming pool. Maria was a welcoming host and we were grateful for the complimentary bottle of wine. At times we had the pool to ourselves and the environment was peaceful. The gardens were a pleasure to wander in.

    Italian family owned property with a pleasant hosts. Authentic atmosphere. Beautiful, well-kept area with lots of greens. There is a small pool with the pool bar, serving drinks and simple snacks, nice music. Location is quite close to St.Angelo. It is possible to rent transport from the hosts (ex.: scooter 35 euros per day), boat tours also available. The kitchen in the loft-room is basically equipped for self catering. Huge number of towels.
