Excellent location in the very center of Seville, helpful staff, good value for money. The studio was fully equipped with everything that you need while on holiday. The place was centrally heated so cooler morings weren't a problem. We vistited Seville in February so we could not use the swimming pool but we would surely appreciate it during spring or summer as it was located on the roof with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

This apartment is so beautifully renovated with a lovely open kitchen and living area and a bedroom and bathroom slightly removed. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable, including the pullout couch. It is tucked away from the street with a sweet courtyard, making it very quiet. The air conditioning worked well and was welcome on the hot days we were there. The coffee was appreciated for our mornings. Although we never met the hosts, their communication via WhatsApp and booking.com worked just fine.

The place is very spacious, with living room connected to kitchen, plus a bedroom. Room is clean and stuff is very helpful. We asked for a weight scale which it doesn’t have, and the host managed to buy a new one so we can weight our luggages to avoid overweight, which is much appreciated. There is an office right at the lobby with a staff so you can get help. There is also coffee machine with many selection. Will definitely stay again.

Miesto centras, bet absoliučiai jokio triukšmo nėra, galėjome puikiai išsimiegoti. Apartamentų šeimininkas buvo labai paslaugus ir puikiai bendravo žinutėmis. Galėjome naudotis privačia parkingo vieta, esančia po namu. Butas buvo tvarkingas, mūsų trumpai 2 naktų viešnagei patogumų užteko. Bijojome, kad bus šalta kovo pradžioje, bet kondicionieriaus, esančio svetainėje, pajėgumų užteko. Virtuvėje buvo vėsiau. Vasarą turėtų būti puiku.IrmaŠeima su mažais vaikais
