I had a problem with a rental car in Trabzon as they gave me a car with multiple troubles, he support me the whole day to speak to the company and other connections to return or replace it and he faced many troubles because of his action, but he insist to solve it and be patient with car rental company owner and went with me to Trabzon next day to return it and found a better car for me. This situation is a proof of his ownership and supportive behaviours.
