It was spacious and had just about everything except a tea kettle to boil water and a teapot. Otherwise we had difficulty finding the property at first but when we found it if was so very comfortable and quite good location for the road to Zermatt. Great to have a large Coop store close by.

The nearest airport is Lugano Airport, 75 km from the aparthotel. The location was absolutely perfect and the staff absolutely amazing! We were able to leave our bicycles in their skii room which was locked and only accessible to hotel guests, other guests had bikes too. We missed our train and arrived late into Andermatt but the staff were amazing and waited for us! We had a mechanical issue with a bicycle needing urgent repairs in Zürich! Omg and that bed was just so amazing! So happy that this was our first night off the plane! Couldn't have asked for better!

At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The room are absolutely perfect and gorgeous. Nice wood floor and a brandnew rainshower + toilet. For me a perfect place what feels like home. Especially you can go into the sauna everyday day from 4pm what have a: -Steam Sauna -Finnland Sauna -Normal Sauna -Infrarot seat -Relaxing place I enjoyed every day after ski the sauna without extra cost. This hotel gives you everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. Room are exactly like the pictures.

Private underground parking spaces are available on site free of charge. Absolutely Everything. Breath taking views! Amazing Staff! Immaculate Apartment! Switzerland was just one of the many countries that I visited on my Euro trip so far. This has been my best accommodation yet. Exactly like the pictures. Wished I stayed longer. Thank you for the hospitality that was provided to us at any time of day. I loved this place!

Apartment had all we needed, view was excellent and beds were comfortable. Quality overall was good too. Complex surroundings are lovely and well presented. People in the local village are very friendly. Sauna and swimming pool are clean and organised. Extra towels were always available. Water and sauna temperatures were comfortable. Staff were polite, efficient and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return on winter to enjoy the snow. P.S. This neither positive nor negative, just an observation. Some guests prefer to visit saunas nude. This may or may not be comfortable for different people. Just something to keep in mind.
