Perfect value for money! The hosts are very kind and generous. We had an option with a breakfast included. It was the first time we had to choose from the breakfast menu in advance and we chose a lot :D Just because we like to mix sweet and salty meals. There wasn't any complaint from staff and we received more than we expected and it was really tasty. The property has everything you need for short stays. Just to mention a few which are not very common: kettle and teas, shampoo, sewing and vanity kit, ... As for location, you're pretty close to the train station, but we weren't bothered by the noise, so you don't have to worry about it.

Travelling by car, is a great option to leave it well parked at the place while visiting the city taking the bus (1min walking to the stop, 10min ride). The apartment is clean, new, well provided with all the needs for cooking, the bathroom, etc. At the beggining we were little worried about the check-in, but it is REALLY EASY and confortable. The owners, althought not being present answered always very quickly through the booking chat.

Location to the ancient city was excellent. Good sized apartment with excellent facilities. We had a Studio Unit (Room 103) with a balcony which was great and the unit was very quiet and comfortable. Front reception staff (Gaia I think) was very helpful with any questions. The Aircon worked well during the hot days and the refrigerator also worked extremely well (compared to some place we had stayed). I can highly recommend this residence if ever visiting Siena.
