Superb experience. "Online" check-in / -out (via chat w/staff), which went very well and smooth. Clean, cozy and very comfortable apartments. Great location - on the half-way from the Como St. Giovanni train station to the center of Como. Good utensils, clean and large bathroom, comfortable bed, nice furniture. Look forward to return to this place again.
