Excellent place for longer stay than one night. Good connection by tram with the city center. Close to the zoo. Stuff was vary helpful with Basel city card and other requests. Apartment equipped in washing mashine, dryer and all kitchen stuff. Tarrace for warm days also is a benefit

We liked everything. We've been there at the end of November. The room was perfect. The staff was nice. It is a bus that goes from the Saint Louis train station right in front of the hotel. Also, there is a bus that goes to Basel. It was great. We love everything. The pool water was ok. It was not too warm, but not too cold either. It was in the middle. We enjoyed it, but maybe for the kids can be a bit cold.
