We spent 4 nights in this very nice apartment in a great location. It's clean and fresh and didn't lack anything we needed. We mostly ate out, but it was easy to prepare breakfast and coffee with the provided appliances and such.
The owners are super nice and helpful.
The beds are comfortable with nice linens.
The towels are soft and fluffy.

Nice apartament near the port in Santa Pola is set in Santa Pola, 2.1 km from Varadero, 6 km from Playa Carabassi Beach, and 1.4 km from Santa Pola Salt Museum.

Exceptional host, very friendly and helpful. Nice location near the port of Santa Pola with plenty of restaurants/cafes available within a very short walking distance. The public transport is not great, but the airport of Alicante (El Altet) is within a short travel distance by taxi. The taxi from airport after midnight was about EUR 25. Also, the host is open to discuss a transfer option and if it is available, it will cost you the same amount, but the service will be personal, just ask! We needed to leave for airport at 5 am and we had the car was at the main door without any delays.
There are 2 beaches next to the apartment, about the same walking distance away (5-7 minutes). Gran Playa is good for little children, the sea is shallow for a long distance into the water. Platja de Llevant is better for swimming, you don't have to walk far to reach the deeper waters.
The port of Santa Pola has a lot of water activity options, including boat/yacht/jetski with or without a marine license.
Do take a trip to the nearby island of Tabarca, with plenty of travel options available from the port, EUR 10 round trip per person. Clear water and pebble beaches, good for snorkelling.
There are grocery shops and various markets (fruits, beach equipment and more) in the vicinity, no need for a car to sort your daily needs.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (4th if you are used to designate the 1st floor as a ground), but the lift in the building has never failed to do its job for us.

Liked the fact that the bus station was within easy reach, which enabled us to visit Alicante and other places. Would of liked to have visited the salt museum but found it to difficult to walk there, (being of a certain age it was a little far for us on foot). Santa Pola is a relatively small town with a bustling port/marina at the centre with eateries, shops and boat trips to Tabarca Island. You can walk to the north and south of the port along flat walkways where you will find quiet areas with nice beaches. Santa Pola is a working town but still is a great place for a vacation there are 2 great beaches and loads of restaurants and cafes. great supermarkets and bakeries. You can do water sports in summer and there are great walks and cycling options.

All facilities were on the doorstep! Don’t forget to have a nice cold drink in one of the tiny bars that are down all the little side streets ! Wide choice of restaurants and music and entertainment and a lovely walk along the Marina promenade people watching to be off a chilled day in Santa Pola ( a very underrated town in our opinion! ) 🏖☀️

We have visted the town many times, we like it because it is a "working town" not full of tourists. There a plenty of excellent restaurants and shops and the beaches are very well maintained. Favourite restaurant was Cata Simo and we enjoyed many "meals of the day" there. It is easy to get around the town by walking. Do not miss the fruit and veg market on a Saturday, or the general goods market on a Monday morning.

We have visited Santa Pola often over the years but never overnight. We love the fact that it is a very Spanish town with plenty of Restaurants for every pocket. The beaches are fantastic and safe. Taxis are easily available and reasonably priced. Very flat walking all over town with a historic Fort in the square with Cafés all around the edges. The town also boasts a local indoor market with local fresh goods for sale. A truely lovely Spanish town.

The surroundings are very beautiful, there is a parking space in front of the house. We were two families and the house was very comfortable for our group with 3 bathrooms, washing machine, large terrace and everything you may need. Jesus was the perfect host, he responded very quickly to our requests and check-in was very easy. Overall our stay exceeded my expectations. Gracias!

In addition, the villa itself comfortably housed us and was generally clean, if slightly tired (but in keeping with the pictures advertised). The two bedrooms were also good. I liked that there was air conditioning to help cool the apartment and a washing machine for the clothes. There was even a clothes drying rack. I recommend this apartment for the family, also Santa Pola is a nice place for vacation, close to the large beaches, less people then in Alicante or Benidorm.

The location is good: the beach is right below your balcony, but you can walk everywhere in 10-15 minutes. Grocery, restaurants and cafes abundant in the neighbourhood. Santa Pola is a nice place to visit, with local life, not just tourists (at least in February).
