Slight dust issue in bedroom. Hotel was £285 a night b&b , too high. 5 nights plus cost of flight from Belfast as expensive as a week b& b in the Canaries

The cooked was suboptimal, small portion and generally too salty or too crunchy. Couldn’t bite into the muffin. The continental part of the breakfast was much better Thought jacuzzi is a cold one which was a shame as we were expecting a warm one

Television had a bit of an aerial issue. Parking was a bit of a problem.

The room was spacious and very well appointed. It was quiet at night even though it was in the city. The bathroom was very good with a huge shower and separate bath. Lots of products for bathing. The beds were enormous and very comfortable.

Wasn't mad about the breakfast. Lots of choice which was great, good menu choices but the quality wasn't always there. Plenty of very dried out croissants!

The pool was so nice but cold. Not the hotels fault but can hear doors opening and closing so close it feels like it’s our door being rattled

Maintenance ! The air conditioner was not properly working in the room and maintenance team did not fix the problem before we check out ! The room was so hot we couldn’t stay in it during the day

There is nothing at all I didn’t like.

I am a well-seasoned traveler and staycation fanatic. Apex Hotel Bath was outstanding. They really took care of every little detail. I genuinely feel so happy writing this review as this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the UK Things I liked about this hotel: - Early check in: drove from London and was super happy when the front desk told me my room was ready to check in to - Antipodes toiletries - very luxurious - Cute little souvenir - Apex rubber ducky - Complimentary congratulations dessert for my partner left in our room - Free WiFi - Beautiful room with a bath tub (I asked for this and the front desk fulfilled my request) - Indoor swimming pool with water feature: waterfall and jacuzzi - closes at 10pm (no extra cost) - Sauna and steam room (no extra cost) - Delicious breakfast, I chose the vegetarian full English with a side of salmon, you pick one breakfast dish from a menu and there is also a buffet with cereals, fruits, pastries, fresh juice and plenty more - Very friendly and polite staff which was so refreshing, great customer service. - Double room had lots of space, not at all cramped. - Very clean and immaculate. - Location is fantastic! Everything shops, attractions, restaurants are all with in 10 minutes walking distance. So much to see around the area like the markets, Roman baths, beautiful architecture, the famous Crescent and Pulteney Bridge. Things I didn't like: NOTHING! Overall my time at this hotel was very memorable, my partner agrees, it was our first time in Bath and it was superb. I will definitively be returning. I am very happy and honestly they deserve an award, excellency in all aspects. Value for money and a great experience. Thank you so much for our pleasant stay. 5 stars and highly recommend.

People coming in at 4 am. and laughing, slamming doors. The sink was not cleaned properly, it may have been wiped but no cleaner was put on it. The air con was not great,
