The location was close to istiklal street and taksim square. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good with some delicious sweets like helva.

The swimming pool looked like it could use some cleaning and the changing rooms still had some construction maintenance work being done. Breakfast would be perfect with some more varieties. The gym had a treadmill and an all-purpose machine so don't expect much. Generally it is a good hotel but it's a bit expensive for its value.

loby is very small and basic. prices of food and drinks in restaurant are very high. Hotel is too far from metro. Nothing attractive around hotel. Noisy traffic around hotel.

Everything,the room was so small we couldn’t even move,and it was next to the housekeeping store so they will wake you us very early,even though i have sent an email 2 months before that am requesting a quiet and higher floor,with a small honeymoon set up,unfortunately nothing was done from this.breakfast was the worst,as it was such a canteen not a 5 stars hotel.we had to take breakfast outside the hotel during our stay.
