Positive section of review
This hotel is just inside the old city walls and was built in the late 1800's so is very much in keeping with the old city architecture. It is a short walk to many of historical attractions and squares. It retains its old world class but the rooms have all the modern essentials: TV, air-con, WiFi and a modern bathroom. It is quiet inside and out and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

The location is very good. The manager is very friendly and responds quickly. The hostel was a renovated old building in Warsaw, so it had a lot of charm. There are separate showers and toilets for women and men, and we can cook in the nice kitchen.

I was satisfied with everything except that there were no curtains on the bed and the linen was not made of cotton.

The cleaner daily was there so was clean if people keep clean. Room wasn’t that perfectly clean but ok. It was iron and hairdryer this time. Microwave. Lift. Room was nice. Flat in general is nice. Communication with host was easy. Green area.

In general carrying my own pillowcase because most of the time I use some bedding start having more spots on my cheek’s. Unfortunately neighbours this time wasn’t ok.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel. Ms Agata M. was very helpful when I requested a room change for one with a city centre view. Perfect location. The breakfast was delicious.
