The room was great, had everything we needed. It was easy to find and the tram stop right outside is so helpful, we were able to go into the city everyday from there! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Self check in and out was fast and efficient. We had a really good stay and would definitely come back.

The staff is incredibly kind and sweet! Jur is such a nice funny guy that made us laugh and Lisa was a pure, kind hearted ❤️ really a unique duo of staff that really made our stay incredible! The structure is adorable, very clean, cosy, 5 minutes walk from the train station and perfect for a few days stay.

The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the central railway station and a shorter walk into the city centre. The room was spacious clean and very quiet. The two single beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was excellent.

Perfect Apartment not far from all the attractions in Nordwijk. It‘s newly renovated and the host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped like mentioned in the description. We had a wonderful time there. So, we can highly recommend this beautiful place.

The hotel and rooms are very modern, clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable and the shower fabulous. Really lovely little hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very good close to the trams and metro but easy enough to walk to from the centre.

As we had a basement room we didn't have much natural light and it was a bit warmer, but we still had a comfortable sleep.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 reception and security. Rooms ,bathroom spotless, comfortable beds .Great location next to Arena , train/ metro and bus station.

The property was clean and tidy and well maintained. Spacious and didn’t seem crowded in communal areas.

On arrival at the hotel I was made to pay as I was told the room had not been paid for, which I challenged but was told categorically it had not been paid. However, after to my room, I checked my emails and found that I had indeed already paid for the hotel in advance of my stay so had just now paid double. When I went back downstairs they apologised and said oh yes I can see you had already paid and refunded me. I also made them Aware that the television in my room was not working to which I was told the aerial on the roof was broken and won’t be fixed on that day. I was given a breakfast voucher as an apology for the above when I came down to use the breakfast voucher I was refused entry to breakfast as they said the voucher was invalid (even though I had only got it the night before when I checked in) after going back and forth for a couple minutes I told them it’s fine and left the hotel to head to my conference otherwise I may be late. A member of management did try to intervene and apologise and allow me in for breakfast but at this point I would be late so declined. A nice touch from the hotel was a hand written note left on my bed when I returned that night apologising again and offering me another breakfast There were no USB power outlets in rooms so you needed adapters to charge items if coming from outside of UK
