The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The parking spot was a great perk! WiFi was speedy, and the AC worked well during the hotter parts of the day. We also had a warm welcome from the hostess, Matilde, who was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The location is a 15-minute walk or a quick bus ride to La Spezia station, allowing for easy travel to the Cinque Terre villages and elsewhere in the region.

Masseria Donna Nina is a gem. Angelo is extremely friendly, welcoming and does everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay. The facilities are great with large heated pool and seats/beds to enjoy the sun. The breakfast is also beautiful with home made cakes/pastries, local fruit, yogurts and cold meats. I can't recommend this highly enough. We loved our time here.

Location was great… near good cafes and Corso Buenos Aires for shopping and public transport. Lovely neighbourhood. Beautiful old building … housed within a secure courtyard. Well appointed apartment.. quite spacious. Good communication with host regarding arrival and departure.

The hotel is new and clean and located some way from the centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff try to be helpful when presented with problems and the hotel, on paper, offers all the facilities that you might expect.

The rooms are very small, the bar is situated in the lobby, the breakfast is edible but lacks interest. The gym is under resourced whilst the hotel swimming pool and adjacent area is much too small for the number of guests and the lack of seating causes considerable unrest. The system for ordering food and drink seems to have been designed to infuriate the customers.

The location was nice and close to the bus terminal. Also close by walking to the centre of Palermo. To go to the beaches, you must take a bus or go by car.

It is situated on a quiet, busy avenue, so it is a bit noisy. It wasn't a problem for me at all, but it can be for others. Cutleries, plates and cups were dirty.
