Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Really awesome experience. The landlord was very nice, answered all requests and returned messages very promptly, thanks for his help. The room was in a great location, a ten minute walk to the city center. Especially good was the bedding in the room, the mattress and pillows were comfortable and the sheets and duvet covers and bath towels were very clean! The heating was also very hot. At this price for a room with so much care, I believe it is the first choice when visiting Siena.

La cuina estava molt ben equipada i estava tot molt i molt net. El pati i l'hort són fantàstics, vam esmorzar figues cada dia acabades de recollir de l'arbre. L'atenció de Fabio i la seva mare són excepcionals i ens vam sentir com a casa nostra. La seva ubicació també és molt bona. Vam visitar Siena, la Vall d'Orcia i San Gimignano des de Pontignano.
