The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre...
Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
We loved our stay with AS Apartments. The hosts were very friendly, and always available. The rooms were cozy, and the whole resort was very warm.
Food was plentiful, and we got to choose from different courses every day for both breakfast and dinner. The meals also included some traditional serbian dishes, which we loved.
At the end of a full day of skiing, nothing goes better than a glass of mulled wine or hot brandy (rakija) to warm you up, and the resort offered plenty of both.
We will definitely return whenever we get the chance.
We stayed for a few days in this huge apartment that could have easily fit four people. It was warm, clean, and comfortable. The apartment had an equipped kitchen where we prepared our own food, and a nice restaurant on the ground floor if we wanted to eat out. The facility also had a spa, but we didn't use it. Since we went skiing, it was convenient that the ski lift to the mountain top was nearby and ski tracks were easily accessible. Afordable in comparison with the prices up on Kopaonik.
Uredno, čisto, toplo. Soba je veoma prostrane, sa jednim bračnim krevetom, jednim kaučom na razvlačenje i pomoćnim ležajem u produžetku hodnika. Soba poseduje čajnu kuhinju i frižider, televizor i odličnu WiFi konekciju.
The Apart Hotel is located in the center of the village of Kopaonik. A large Maxi supermarket and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away. The parking lot offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The apartments are large, brand new and have a beautiful modern design. The room has everything you need. I slept great after skiing - the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet around.
The owner is very hospitable and responsive
The property is clean and has everything you might need from a hair dryer to a coffeemaker. The view is great with the forest and the mountains. You can also enjoy the sunsets.
The location is great, it is 1km from the nearest working ski lift which we were very interested in, and about 8 minutes drive from the centre of Kopaonik.
The host was very hospitable, always ready to help with any questions. We loved the stay.
It's a really big apartment with enough room for 4 people easily. The location is perfect in the center of Kopaonik, and there's an elevator to the apartment. The host was kind enough to let us leave the luggage in the morning and come to the apartment after skiing. The procedure for getting the key for the room is flawless - there's a locker next to the door and the host texts you the combination before you arrive.
Everything!!! Perfect location (the slope Malo jezero is literally directly outside of the door), spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, free parking next to the hotel, ski depot very tidy, warm and organized (for additional fee, which is not too expencive and worth the money, believe me!), and finally, charming, positive, helpful and always in good mood owner Golub! We'll be back, for sure!
The apartment is located right in the end of the station of SkiBus, so it's convenient to go to ski resort. The apartment also pet friendly and even have bowls for dogs.
The apartment has smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, and also tea bags and coffee in the kitchen.
The owner is very nice, he allowed us to stay a bit longer while we're waiting for the transfer.
The best boutique hotel in Ski Resort Kopaonik. We have been here many times and I hope we will have opportunities to come again many times. Excellent, profesional and very kind staff from reception, restaurant, ski room, spa. Extraordinary breakfast, fantastic food in restaurant and bar, clean room, parking and the best ski-to-door.
Very new accommodation, furniture very new and clean, concept of the room ok, pleasant; breakfast very good and tasty, Serbian traditional mostly and continental breakfast, parking available, reception staff ok but little bit shy and not proactive - place for improvement of course; friendly and professional approach by hotel host
Nice, cozy space that has everything you need for a great vacation, especially if you’re looking to ski in Kopaonik. The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and new. Has all the amenities you might require. Only couple of minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and from the ski lift. Big recommendation!
Everything is incredible, attention to details, mini bar like never seen before, impecable service! Definatelly the best hotel experince in Serbia ever, and I travel a lot and stay in the hotels all the time.
Would not stay anywhere else when on Kopaonik.
Modern room with a clean bathroom. Within the room there was no smell from previous smokers (in Serbia we had this smell for all apartments)
The apartment is part of a nice hotel with spa, while ski shuttle is present from the hotel
Simply the best. One of the oldest high class hotel on Kopaonik that kept highest level of service and remodern all of facilities. refurbished rooms, excellent services, clean and elegant. Garage makes your life easy.
