Being a heritage hotel in the heart of the old town the hotel had character and was well positioned. The golf cart shuttle service from the vehicle drop off point to the hotel in the pedestrian precinct was handy. The buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order was fairly standard. The staff were polite. Our room had nice views of the red tiled roof tops, the church bell tower and the sea. There was one armchair. The shower room was modern with a luxurious heated floor. There was no restaurant but there were a wide range of tourist cafes, bars and restaurants in the near by streets.
Conveniently set in the centre of Rovinj, The Melegran provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The property is close to Cathedral St.

Rovinj is a beautiful town with many great dining options.
Rovinj is a beautiful town with many great dining options. Old town is well preserved and offers the opportunity to get lost in the alleyways, but is small enough to be doable. We walked around the entire Old Town peninsula. If you love Italy, you'll love Rovinj. It's like Venice, but smaller. As a bonus, we found Croatia more affordable and less crowded than Italy. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful. I will definitely return!

We liked very much the old town streets, the sunset views and walking by the seaside. But the restaurants and shops are too touristy. They don’t have personality. We would have like to eat some typical food, but there were non.

Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian.
Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian. Though we have visited Rovinj at wintertime the weather was fantastic and the city itself was lively though basicly we could meet basicly with locals, who were so kind to us by the way.
You can really enjoy the old city part, which is uniqe and a must see location! There are nothing in a far distant so if You travel there by car you can put that down and you can discover marvellous locations.
There are local shops in the downtown but the supermarkets are also not far away! There is a recreational area situated south from the old city which is also a must visit place and you can enjoy the beach area there also. The city and its neighbourhood is ideal for families, seniors, and companies as well and I highly recommend to see that for everyone!

Hotel Grand Park - Bathroom adjustable mirror too high up, could not see in it. Safe too high to reach or see in it.
Plants outside balcony on 2nd floor rooms spoiled view, they had apparently cost a fortune but were a mess, not tended and grown too high.
Top rail on edge of property, ie room balcony and restaurant, was in direct line of vision when seated so interrupted view. Hotel should have a re-think about this. Maybe flowers would be nice with an irrigation system, would greatly enhance the ambience
Wonderful boutique hotel,7 rooms, maximum of 12 guests in the centre of old town Rovinj.Dom,the manager is an absolute delight, met us at the bus station in his golf buggy to ferry us to the hotel, and also back when we left.Great location in the middle of the old town, which is a pedestrian area, close to great bars and restaurants.Superb breakfast, with eggs made to order, with a great view over the harbour, sitting out on a terrace.Highly recommended, would return in a heartbeat.
We had a pleasant two-day stay at the Eden Hotel. We loved the location - the hotel is situated in a pine tree forest, few steps away from a lovely bay and within walking distance of Rovinj's old town. The hotel is fully equipped with everything one could wish for - swimming pools, sauna, fitness,..., the food is good and the staff is nice.
The only thing I missed was the option of water included in the half-board price at the dinner.
All was fine, very good. Property is good value for money you pay. Location is very convenient, close walking distance to the beach and old town. Stuff is nice, paid attention to all our requests. Parking is included. There is a pool in front. breakfast was delicious. Everything is clean and epidemiological Covid 19 measures were on place. Warm recommendation to this place, Rovinj and Croatia overall.
Very good check-in and check-out procedure with valet parking service. Large contemporary practical rooms with excellent sleeping comfort, beautiful bathroom and unique views of the old town of Rovinj. Great breakfast (buffet style) in the main restaurant with many options and good quality. Attractive beach set up on Katarina island (free boat shuttle, sun loungers, bar and restaurant available).
Our room was decent sized, the bathroom was great and it had a nice contemporary feel. It also felt very safe and secure. We appreciated the reserved parking option and shuttle service and luggage handling to/from the parking lot to the hotel. The hotel is very well situated in the old town of Rovinj and easily accessible to many great restaurants and wondering around.
Breakfast is a nice, typical hotel breakfast with everything you could want. The best location in town. A grocery store is across the street, another is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, the old town is a 5-minute walk away. The view from the room is definitely one of the best in the city.
lovely hotel in great location in the old town. Breakfast was amazing with different speciality local foods every day, and home made cake. Carmen who served breakfast and made cake deserves special mention for being so welcoming and encouraging us to try her Istrian specialities.
Excellent service! Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel! Extremely helpful staff! They tried to help us with everything - to recommend a restaurant for lunch, making reservation, taxi, e.c. Hotel is in the new part of the town but close to the old town.
This boutique hotel set the perfect stage for exploring the beautiful village of Rovinj. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and informative. Their recommendations made our trip so much better. The room was comfortable, stylish, and bright.
Huge room, big kitchen, big bathroom with a beautiful new shower, washer, every supply possible was provided by the owners… beautiful spot for a patio right on the sea, beautiful beach a minute away… will stay there again when in Croatia!
Location of the hotel was good, easy to get to and a short walk from the old town. The Breakfast was very nice , a good choose of quality food. The room had a lot of room but had to be careful in places because of the sloping roof.
The hotel was good. The hotel is close to the main road but you do need to walk a little bit on unpaved streets to get there. Otherwise the location is very good as it is right in the heart of Rovinj. Overall I was satisfied.
We liked the most that the hotel is dog friendly, the staff was friendly and helpful. The Location is also amazing. Only 10 minute bike ride from old town of Rovinj and just few steps away from the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
Amazing location, within walking distance to Old Town Rovinj and beach, as well as markets. Cute place with beautiful view of Rovinj, water and sunset. Very friendly host and A/C as well.
This was a wonderful, clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the old town. It is owned by a family who really care about their guests experience. The breakfast was very good too.
Fabulous little hotel in old town Rovinj. Our accom rate included breakfast at a great restaurant down the laneway, and pick up and drop off service to the bus station was a bonus.
Great location, very close to the beach and Rovinj old town.
Beautiful design, very well equipped! I've been in Rovinj many times and this is by far the best apartment I lived in.
Great location in Rovinj. On the sea in old town and on the ‘quiet’ side. Beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to restaurants, shop, beach and church. Just be prepared for steps.
