City is clean actually very clean. Underground stations, coaches itself, parks, public toilets were all clean and tidey.
Restaurant are very clean and foods are delicious and affordable. Based on other local prices like food, transport and so on accommodation prices are too high.

It's a beautiful city.
It's a beautiful city. There is a lot to do if you are a traveller. Figure out their bus and metro stations, and you can get to anywhere except the mountains. Spend time understanding what you would like to do and accordingly get to the places. Exchange cash in local currency, almost everyone uses local money. YandexGo is a must for the beginning.

In Uzbek we need adopter to charge as our charger pin does not fit. Stay at Samarkand, bukhara, khiva & finally Tashkent city. Friendly & honest people. Clean city good weather. We enjoyed our stay in Uzbekistan. Prices of taxi water and food was pocket friendly. I couldn’t try horse meat, if you wish you can. Plov is good. Ice cream is good. Their art is nice.

Don't linger here, treat it as a transport hub, the city has lost what charm it had from the soviet times and is now full of ugly construction plots, soulless glass boxes, and honking cars. Also, the city is craaazily russified, it's just sad to see these bits of colonial rule still doing strong(
Just get out of here as soon as you can and explore the real charm of Uzbekistan elsewhere.

Every person in Tashkent goes out of the way to help you though the language is a barrier. If they see you need help they volunteer and come forward to help. Very friendly and hospitable locals. I would love to visit again for the cleanliness and the friendly attitude of the locals. The local cuisine was great.
During our 2 weeks road trip we stayed in 5 hotels in different cities around Uzbekistan. Igmar was by far the best, balancing the price, hotel facilities and room comfort. Inside you have everything needed for your stay, starting from big fridge (not minibar), table, electric stove, kettle, dishes etc. We also used a shared washing and drying machines on the 2nd floor - this is free of charge. There's a private parking and a barbecue zone in the backyard. There was always a person on the reception ready to help.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff very helpful and friendly. Central location in walking distance to main square (although Tashkent is not a great city for pedestrians) also in walking distance to great art museum. Very good (but expensive) restaurants close by. It is a very comfortable practical option for sightseeing rather than to spend all day enjoying hotel facilities. It is located just off the Main Street so relatively quiet location. Good quality /price relation
I can’t even begin to say how much I enjoyed staying here. By far the best hotel in Uzbekistan. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bathrooms are very modern and everything smells clean. Breakfast is delicious with fresh melon, sweet pastries and bread and eggs. It’s also super close to the metro and there are nice cafes and shops nearby. Anvar is so kind and considerate. When I come back to Tashkent, I’ll definitely stay here. A special place run by very special people.
Great family hotel, combine traditional design with modern materials and technology. Well equiped rooms: quality branded amenities, wi-fi, tv, minibar and good bed with clean fresh sheets and pillows.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Located not in city central location but subway station is about 10 minutes walk and taxi is very cheap in Tashkent.
Traditional breakfast is very fresh, tasty and was served quite early special for us, because we had early departure.
I can simply sum up my stay at ATECA Hotel as " Exceptionally Amazing" , attentive staff and very friendly toward their guests , helpful when you ask them about the city , they can arrange all sort of assistance for you to make your stay in Tashkent a memorable one .
the location of the hotel is s spot on , right in the middle of it all , the area is called the old Russian hotel area very preimum area for Tashkent visitors.
Very helpful and friendly staff - really helped me out as I had issues with registration which is required when staying in Uzbekistan more than 3 days. My previous hotels did not register me, which caused problems but thankfully the staff contacted the police for me and arranged all the paper work 🙏🏼 thank you again.

Nearest restaurant is 1 min away and is great
The lovely staff of musafir hotel made sure our first stop in Uzbekistan was excellent
we highly recommend it to everyone
Convenient location to airport and railway station, also in a nice neighborhood. Good service and friendly staff. I stayed twice with the hotel and definitely enjoyed my stay. The room was the best value I have ever had in the whole Uzbekistan, clean and comfortable. Airport pick up and drop off are great. Left luggage service was great, breakfast was good.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Friendly and English speaking staff (Very rare in Uzbekistan from my experience). The room had everything you need with a very well built structure, did not feel cheap or squeaky. The location is good, not in the centre but you can easily get around Tashkent with taxi apps.
An excellent hotel on all counts: quiet, convenient location, quality facilities and helpful staff. Especially want to mention Wi-Fi - it has really strong and stable connection, what cannot be said about other places in Tashkent and Uzbekistan in general. And you get all of it for a really small price.
My best ever experience for staying in a very good hotel property. The Hotel Manager Mr. Shah is really thorough dedicated gentleman and he is making sure the successful business journey in Tashkent Uzbekistan. I will highly recommend the hotel to local and international travelers.
