Nice resort, bigger than anticipated with excellent links to ferries to move around the Amalfi coast and book day trips, plus being on the iconic coastal road. Good, long beach, mixture of sand and pebbles but in May not hard to find a decent spot. Plenty of Lido bars/sunbeds/parasols to pick from. Nice bars and restaurants too throughout the resort. Take the Path of the Lemons and see the donkeys doing their thing. Only downside is if you have a rental car, the parking is a nightmare. We used a private parking company (Aldo) linked to our accommodation; cost us 75 euros for 5 days, but it was worth every cent. Otherwise it would have been a real headache and we weren't even there in high season. Get there by public transport if you can.

Maiori is a beautiful place with stunning scenery, easy boat trips to Amalfi town, Positano, Minori, Capri with many others all at decent prices. The towns can be very busy and transportation on boats/ buses can be also so plan your day accordingly.

Māori does not have much to offer apart from ferry and bus access to other areas. The hotel is not called the same anymore and is not easy to find despite asking locals. There is no signage at the moment. Eat away from the sea front as cheaper and better food.

Nice village for family vacations.
Nice village for family vacations. Convinient local transportation privided by local bus comany, but sometimes the buses are going out of the schedule. Nice gravel beach, but most of the palces ase not free, and cost could be significant. Not many places for intertainmets, no night life, but there are several several restaurants with decent food,
We had an amazing time staying at this B&B, the owners are the sweetest the most helpful people, a huge thank you to them for making out stay unforgetable. The room was extremely clean, everything is new and styled. The view from the balcony made our evening. Breakfast was more that we expected as we are in italy, everything was fresh and very delicious, enough for everyone. As it is brought to your room you get to have a cup of coffee on the balcony with a sea view. Thank you again to the owners, amazing, we hope to come back soon.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Villa Pandora for 5 nights and were not disappointed! This was our first visit to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious with lots of great spots to enjoy the sea view. Our room had a large balcony to enjoy the views in private. We enjoyed being in quieter and less busy Maiori and the shuttle service from the hotel to city centre was quick and efficient. The staff were great and provided helpful tips about touring the Coast. The included breakfast buffet was delicious!
Beautiful home set high in the hills of Maiori. It's off the main road and you will have to climb a lot of steps to get to the home. The home itself is nice and has 2 BR and 1 bath plus a kitchen. You have Balconies off the BRs with a town and ocean view. The only drawback is the immense number of steps from the street level to the home. The grandmother who stays in a separate area of the home is so nice. Absolutely made up for the climb. She was so hospitable. All in all a great time in Maiori and Amalfi Coast.
WOW this hotel is a gem in the Amalfi Coast. The views are unbeatable. The location is so unique and far from the town full of tourists. They had our parking spot ready for us, but make sure you call them for instructions.
The shuttle to town is a plus, and Franco (driver) was amazing. Make sure you reserve your spot and update them if anything changes on your pick up time.
The breakfast was delicious and fresh every day.
We can't wait to come back!!!
Thank you!!! Vincenzo, Italo, Franco, and Lucia.
The host is very helpful and the communication are very easy. Maiori is the best place to explore Amalfi coast, not so busy but has everything for kids to play. We really enjoyed the balcony a lot, either have a nice breakfast in the morning, sunbathing during the day or listening to the bell from the church in the evening. The view is amazing and different any time of the day. If you come by car, only 12 steps to get to the flat. We definitely will miss La Rosa Fri Venti!
Great spot for the family to spend near a beach in Italy. To make things easier getting to the appartaments, contact with the helpfull Rachel. The appartaments are greatly equiped with everything you need, everything is clean, great place for a family with 2 kids. From the balcony there is a great view of the Maiori beach and the church roof. Nearby there is a supermarket, market road and cafe's. Hope to spent another holiday there.
Our host, Carmen, welcomed us like family! She was incredibly warm and helpful with answering all our questions about things to do in the area (restaurants, public transportation, directions to tourist sites etc). Additionally, she and her husband would come by each morning and make the most fantastic, multi-course breakfasts. I would highly recommend Casa Blu Balto to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Amalfi coast.
Super accommodation in the heart of Maiori. Very close to the beach side, so no hills to climb. Very close to the Maiori Center bus stop to go to Positano and Amalfi. This is a huge benefit as the buses fill up quick and usually people waiting at the next bus stops do not get into the bus. It also offers something quite rare for the Amalfi coast, which is a parking space. Apartment is big enough and offers all facilities
I highly recommend a stay at this apartment. A great host who thinks of the small details and a clean apartment with good amenities. The location couldn't be better - a couple of minutes walk to Maiori beach or the bus stop, with a short walk also to the ferries and restaurants/bars. A great place to stay for anyone wanting to explore the Amalfi Coast or have a relaxing stay in Maiori.
Francesco the owner is a sweetheart always ready to help and accomodate! He even booked me a ride to the airport at 3 am to catch my flight! The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Catching the sunset was one of my favorite things. Also the restaurant downstairs is amazing and the pizzas were the best we ever had (and we’ve traveled Italy a lot!)
We had a great stay in Domus Amalfi Coast! Annarella was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and large enough for a family of 5. We were very pleased with our stay in Maiori and we felt it was a great home base if you are wanting to explore the busier areas around the Amalfi Coast.
The location was great! Beautiful views of the beach. The beach was across the street, close to everything, restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The AC worked very well! That hard to find in Italy.
It was very clean and Linda, the host, was wonderful! You can't avoid some steps in Amalfi Coast and considering that it was at a great location. We enjoyed staying in Maiori as it was away from the crowd but close enough to other places such as Positano and Amalfi.
Located close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop. the apartment is big, clean and the staff really nice, very responsive. A good place to stay and easy to go in the other locations from Amalfi coast.
The view and breakfast were lovely. The patio was gorgeous, friendly and helpful staff. We loved being just a short walk away from restaurants and the beach. Maiori was one of our favourite towns on our trip.
Perfect location for central access. Right close to the bus station if you’re looking to go elsewhere on the Amalfi Coast, beach is just across the street, and you have very easy access to everything else!
Very comfortable place to call home while travelling around the Amalfi coast. We loved staying Maiori as it was quieter than other towns but easily accessible from anywhere we wanted to go.
Carmen the host was kind and welcoming. The room was as clean as it can be. The breakfast was one of the finest we had in Italy - including gluten free tasty options.
