Loved this place! It was an incredible experience. Staff were amazing especially Michelle! My daughter and I weren't quite sure what to expect but we had such a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic and the facilities, from hot jacuzzis looking out to the lake, to the beautiful rooms and dining room/restaurant. The view is amazing with gorgeous black swans swimming on the lake

The location was ok. Very pokey & very small rooms. Not even enough room to open a suitcase. Extremely small bathroom. Noisy with squeaky floors & photos banging on a wall outside our room from the wind.
