i like the location. There were alot of guest checking in. location of the hotel is excellent as its directly in front of Shinagawa station. Room is ok except for extra bed which as not comfortable but ok.

Its good location when you have to go to Haneda Airport. The train station (Sengakuji Station) of Asakusa line, Keikyu line & elevator just next to hotel. JR station also near just walking distance about 6 min walk. We can put luggage before check in. The hotel is very good, looks is a new building. The size of the room is ok not too small. The bed little bit soft & room is clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety food. Check in/out all by computirezed so it will be fast check out when you have run for your train ...lol

Beautiful reception, fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to Shinagawa station where you can get to pretty much anywhere from. The Shinkansen also stops at this station for those wanting to travel a bit further out to Kyoto/ Osaka for example. Room was clean, and the staff were great. Check in is 3pm but you can leave your luggage earlier so you can go exploring luggage free. Beautiful garden to walk through especially after dark when it’s lit up. Also has a 7/11 down stairs. Best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip, both western and Japanese selections.

Enjoyed the location and the style of room although a bit small it's what I expected to find in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the bathhouse (shikinoyu) as it provided a nice way to relax and unwind for the night.
