Great location in the Jewish quarter. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets around the local area. Around 15 minute walk from the old town (I walk fast). Good communication from the manager, who updated me with instructions on checking in. And also good response when I requested the use of other facilities such as an iron. The hotel is very nicely furnished, and is kept very clean by the cleaner, whom I must mention because she does a fantastic job and always greets you with a smile. The room was great! I booked for 5 nights, and I travelled solo, so booked the smallest room with a single bed, and the room was perfect. Comfy bed, TV, hot drink facilities, mini fridge, en-suite shower and toilet. Couldn't ask for more. Overall, I would recommend booking into the Karmel. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Krakow.

Great hotel close to the centre and the castle, was easy to check in with the key safe system. Lovely quiet hotel clean and tidy. Easy access to local amenities. Not far to travel to the train station for train to airport and bars are close by.

His communication skills were very helpful in so many way's and i would have no problem to recommend this very nice place in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter to anybody . Brilliant breakfast. Delicious, located close to the hotel, good choice for the morning due other cafes are close. The hotel is very clean, the staff is inconspicuous, the "help yourself" principle is very good. At the same time, Pyotr is always ready to answer all questions and provide support - thank you for that and I don't understand how he manages to always be in touch with so many clients, while remaining so friendly and polite. The hotel is located in the very center of Krakow - it is convenient to get anywhere. All the best cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. And I especially appreciate its atmosphere - ancient, real, luxurious Poland.
