Everything! But especially the host Esmeralda who puts her heart into having her guests feel at home. Although it exceeds home, because at home i don’t have a princess bathtub, a fridge full of homemade treats, or a breakfast that is better than any we ever saw at a b&b. everything is fresh, homebaked and special. Grottaglie still keeps its authenticity of an historic town embedded by countryside life of wine, olive oil production and most importantly its long tradition of making ceramics, its less touristic, and people are very kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and well-appointed with very comfortable beds. This is a very peaceful location, set amongst the beautiful surroundings of Andrea's working farm. Although there is no restaurant for dinner here, it is an easy 10-minute drive to Grottaglie and Andrea was very helpful in recommending a great place for dinner. The b&b is conveniently located in the city center and just minutes of walking distance to many of the ceramic shops. This place is very clean, comfortable beds, and restaurants/shops nearby.
